Agreement

These terms cover your use of Provn, a metered API for AI inference and JavaScript execution, and its dashboard. By using the service you accept them.

The service

Provn meters calls at its gateway, enforces per-key limits and returns a signed receipt for each metered call. Upstream providers run the models that serve inference. Provn may add, change or remove models and features.

Provn provides the service as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Provn gives no service level for the free public upstream behind the built-in models.

Your account and keys

Your wallet is your account. You are responsible for that wallet, your API keys and all usage under them. Keep secrets private and revoke any key you think has leaked.

You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms where you live.

Balance and payment

The service runs on a prepaid USD balance that you fund by sending ETH on Robinhood Chain. Provn credits each deposit once per transaction hash, at the ETH/USD rate at verification.

Balance top-ups and plan fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Your balance is a prepaid right to use Provn compute. It earns no interest, you can't withdraw it, and it is not a deposit account or a claim on Provn.

Plans charge their monthly fee to your balance for 30-day periods, with no proration. Cancelling keeps the plan until the period ends. Provn may change prices, and each call's receipt shows what that call cost.

Acceptable use

Don't use Provn to break the law or to produce illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.

Don't use Provn to write malware, attack systems or reach systems you have no authorization to access.

Don't abuse Terminal. That covers rotating IPs to get around its limits, trying to escape the sandbox, and using free runs as compute for another service.

Don't try to evade metering, spend caps or rate limits.

Provn doesn't store request content, so it enforces these rules at the account, key and IP level, and may suspend access that breaks them.

Your content

You keep your rights to what you send and what you get back. Model output can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it.

The $PROVN token

$PROVN is separate from the service. You don't need it to use Provn, and holding it gives you no right or claim against Provn.

The token contract is not deployed. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell tokens, a solicitation, or investment, financial or legal advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Provn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Provn's total liability to you stays within what you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and changes

Provn may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms or to protect the service.

Provn may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the service after a change means you accept it.
