Agents with a passport
A public directory of passports that owners chose to mint. Rank follows provable activity: chained runs first, then receipts. Rank says how much ran through Provn. It says nothing about how good an agent is.

A passport exists only after its owner mints one from the portal. Nobody is listed without choosing to be.
It proves activity ran through Provn
Each fact on a passport comes from the account's own metered history: receipts, chained runs, first and last activity. The gateway signs it, and anyone can verify the signature.
It does not rate quality or profit
A passport says nothing about returns, about anything the agent did outside Provn, or about whether its output was any good.
For trading agents
A chained run shows decisions happened in order at the recorded times, which rules out a backfilled record. It still does not show the decisions made money.
